Scotland Hometown Happenings – May 17, 2024
City-wide rummage sales being today from 4-7 and tomorrow from 9 to noon. Maps are at the Main Stop.
Today the Trapper softball team is headed to Alcester to begin play at 4:30 p.m. Tomorrow they will take on Hanson at 9 a.m. in Menno.
Just a reminder to all of the registered voters in the Scotland school district – the election is scheduled for Tuesday from 7 to 7 at Pep’s Pub in Kaylor for Hutchinson County; the lobby of the gym for Bon Homme County and Lesterville fire hall for Yankton county.
The Scotland Historical society meeting is Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the city hall basement.
The golfers will be in Mitchell Tuesday for Regions beginning at 9:30 a.m.
Next week is State track Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Congratulations to Trinity Bietz, Olivia Binde and Elle Hlavac for qualifying.
Next week is also softball SoDak 16 and baseball regions.
