Aniston, 49, has “really relied on her friends to get her through the tough times,” says the source. “During that time, she was able to heal and be comfortable with dating again.”
“Jennifer has never felt she needed a man, but she loves love,” the insider continues. “Jennifer is casually dating, but right now nothing serious. She is just having fun, seeing where things go.”
“She won’t fall in love anytime soon,” adds the source. “All her friends are around her. That is the best supportive group.”
Aniston and Theroux seem to be on the same page when it comes to dating. The 46-year-old The Leftovers actor isn’t jumping into another relationship, according to the source.
Theroux is “super social and loves meeting new people and collaborating on ideas with friends,” adds the source. “These days he’s been spending time with friends and family.”
Theroux was spotted in Cannes, France, with Emma Stone and Sienna Miller back in May. He was also rumored to be dating Spider-Man: Homecoming star Laura Harrier.
Aniston and Theroux announced they were splitting up in February, after two years of marriage.
