Since 2017, Jenna Adams from Logan, Utah, has been spreading love on Valentine’s Day by placing paper hearts with uplifting messages on classmates’ lockers.
Now in college, her younger sisters, 15-year-old Tatum and 13-year-old Lexie, have continued the tradition at their schools.
The sisters’ heartfelt messages have resonated with students, with some saying that the simple gestures have made a profound impact during challenging times.
With Utah’s teenage suicide rates among the highest in the nation, the Adams sisters hope their efforts remind classmates they are valued and not alone.
