ABC Image Group LA(LOS ANGELES) — Viola Davis is giving Will Smith and his Bucket List challenge a run for his money.
In a new Instagram post, Davis conquered her fears and shared with fans her first skydiving experience in Hawaii.
“So… I jumped out of a plane,” Davis wrote, captioning her three-part video. “Yup. I did it. 12,000 ft and 100 mph drop.”
In her first video, the Oscar, Emmy, and Tony Award winner admits she is “nervous,” but by the third video, Davis was clearly frightened as she is heard cursing during her dive toward the ground.
“It was awesome and the ultimate exercise in letting go, tackling my fears and freedom,” the How to Get Away with Murder added in her caption. “Loved it!!! As a smart woman once said,”Courage is fear said with prayers.”
Davis then shared some hilarious hashtags to follow. “#BlackGirlMagicOrBlackGirlCrazy #GladIDidntWearAWig# WalkingInto2019WithASword #ForgiveMeForMyCussWordsAndJackedUpHair.”
Several of Viola’s celebrity friends were quick to show support, including her Murder producer Shonda Rhimes, who congratulated Davis on her daring adventure.
“Look at this bada**!,” she wrote.
