(LOS ANGELES) — If you’ve always wanted to join a tough, morally flexible, gender-neutral superhero team — and you happen to be in New York City this week — you’re in luck.
Big-screen superhero Deadpool is opening up a Believe In Your Selfie Museum, which promises — nay, vows, in the words of Ryan Reynolds — to be “Spandexier than ever!”
The museum will feature nine Insta-ready theme rooms inspired by Deadpool 2 characters, including Cable’s teddy bear-filled hang-out, Colossus’ room, which features a foam pit, and Domino’s bedroom, decorated with, of course, dominoes.
As if that’s not enough, the Deadpool picture station will feature a couch where fans can take a picture of themselves sporting Deadpool’s “baby legs.”
Admission to the pop-up space is free — perfect if you don’t carry a wallet because it ruins the lines of your super-suit — but you’ll have to check admission times and book your tickets in advance. The museum, located at Industria Studio 10, on West 12th Street in New York City, will be open from August 8th – 11th.
The whole thing is designed to promote Deadpool 2′s home release.
The Deadpool 2 Super Duper $@%!#& Cut — featuring 15 minutes of new action and brand-new jokes inserted throughout — is now available for digital download. Just ask Deadpool himself. He can’t stop tweeting about it.
The movie, packed with extras like deleted scenes, alternate takes, Easter eggs, and a gaggle of other special features, hits Blu-ray and 4K DVD August 21.
