Jonathan Mason, 40, was already banned from the Big Apple Grill and Bar in Murray, Kentucky.
On Friday, police say he sneaked in anyway, set a live raccoon loose, and left. The animal bit a patron, and officers soon stopped Mason’s car. He refused to roll down the window, so they pulled him out and arrested him.
Mason now faces charges that include second-degree assault, trespassing, resisting arrest, and driving without insurance.
Police note it wasn’t his first…unusual…offense; Mason was also arrested last year after showing up drunk on a mule at a liquor store.
